Hello to anyone who is listening. I am beginning to question everything where

diet is concerned. Not only can I not seem to lose an ounce but my IBS is

giving me fits. My family isn't overly supportive. Lately nothing much sounds

good to me and I haven't had a chance to get to the health food store so

there's not a great variety of things that I can eat around here. Figs seem

to be hard on my system, ie...lots of gas and diarrhea...maybe I'm eating too

many at one time?
