HI!

I'm Holly from Houston, O-, and new to this group. I have no idea

what to expect, and have been on the ER4YT plan for about a week. I

had previously been on the Carb. Addict's Diet, but it left me

feeling tired & cold (yes, even in the summer in Houston!), so I

looked for something else.

Thus far, I feel fantastic and have far more energy than I have in

years - I'm particularly interested in what everyone does for

breakfast. As a Brit, I don't mind fish for breakfast, but that

could become old rather quickly. Also, how everyone copes with a

packed/sack/brown bag lunch.
