Hi ,

I don't know. But someone who walks with you, and eats like you do is fun.

I'd imagine. I am a little lonely doing this stuff. I made up my mind tho.

I go to nutrition club meetings. Swim with friends 1 hour twice a week. If

i get walking with friends, or exercise gym the other nights, the dream is

real-which is spend time with people who you'd like to be like. (concerned

with health, look and feel great). Thus far, my association was with

adorable good-looking people with real bad habits and no concern or interest

that i follow ER or the Ice Cream Truck! I promised to spend 1 hour a day

with professional/or aggressive health buffs, pursuing this path like me.

It's coming. Hopefully get out of this lonely spot. The ER board is

tremendously helpful, to give Community feeling about the BIG changes i am

asking myself to make.

Gotta thank everyone. Even our " token males " . :) Who keep toilets fixed

and humor going strong. Humor is a real basic health tool.
