Hilda,

You only do a little callenetics? I've tried it. It really uses those

muscles.

You can also use the sparkling water (sletzer water) that is fruit flavored.

I even use it when I find I'm not drinking enough water. I pour a little in

with my water, when I'm not liking the taste so well. Then I can drink what

I need.

You might want to leave the supplements out the night before where you see

and take them when you first get up. That's what I have to do when I realise

I haven't been taking them.
