Guest guest
Cheryl, The Ascended Master Saint Germain, in a book written by his student and Messenger, Godfre Ray King in 1931, advises against the consumption of chocolate, as well as coffee, tea, meat and a number of other substances for aspiring students. The impression I take away from this is that even though some of these substances causes no problem biochemically for certain blood types, and in some cases are highly beneficial biochemically for certain blood types, they do not lend themselves well to spiritual growth. I was semi-macrobiotic before I started ER4YT, occasionally eating chicken and beef. However, I found that I was constantly tired, constipated and relying on coffee to get me through the day. After I started cutting out the avoids and began to increase protein consumption, especially HB red meat and fish, I was able to stop drinking coffee and switch to green tea. I have never felt the need or the desire to go back to chocolate. I will eat carob cookies now and then. Kathleen
