I have tried to like it, I really have. I'm very tempted to put this canister (which is 9/10th full) in a box and send it to you! By the way, if anyone lives near a Trader Joe's, they are now carrying three types of yeast-free, gluten-free bread: Spelt, Almond-Rice and Kamut. I've seen yeast-free Millet bread, made by the same company that brings us Spelt bread, at my local health food store but haven't tried it yet. Interestingly sufferers of celiacs disease have found they can tolerate spelt due to its lower gluten content. You can get more info here: http://AranFoods.com/ http://www.pancakemix.com/spflour.html The Aran site gives a warning about gluten: http://AranFoods.com/Resources.html#anchor4190087 the site link goes to a site stating the health risks of spelt to celiac suffers, although it only talks about people with an allergy to wheat not those with only an intolerance to wheat. If you go to the page above: http://www.wwwebguides.com/nutrition/diets/glutenfree/ more links and info can be found. Kamut is also stated as being a wheat and therefore not gluten-free. I personally eat spelt and rye breads b/c I find too much wheat breads give problems anyway. Millet flakes (when added to a museli) appeared to give me problems that I won't give details about here (unless people really want to know! :¬) -- Steve - Cheltenham, UK --- In Love and Light we are In Darkness we are no less
