The LRFYT will only be available in South Africa in about two months time.

What symptoms does a secretor and a non secretor have - trying to figure out

which one of the two I am until I can get hold of the book or test.

I don't know about symptoms specifically, I've never been able to figure it out that way but non secretors are NOT allowed the following:

NO SOY PRODUCTS (TOFU, TEMPEH, SOY MILK, SOY CHEESE, SOY ANYTHING)

NO DAIRY AT ALL (NO MOZZARELLA CHEESE, BUTTER, ETC.)

VERY VERY FEW GRAINS AND NO SPELT AT ALL

NO SUGAR AT ALL

THE NON SECRETOR DIET IMO IS EXTREMELY RESTRICTIVE, even if it is what we need to eat (or not eat) to eat right. I think if you are found to be a non secretor you might as well never eat out again if you expect to be compliant, at least if you are O, LOL.
