While more Americans got vaccinated for the flu in the 2010-2011 flu season than

they did the year before, Florida ranks among the worst states in the nation for

flu shots.

Only 22 percent of Floridians between the ages of 18 and 49 received flu

vaccines during the latest flu season — the lowest in the nation...
