Guest guest
It's calcium not potassium (kalium) Kalium (Calium???) I have a problem gritting my teeth while sleeping and had to get a little device that fits over my upper teeth to prevent it. One of my friends read in a magazine (not a very credible one) that teeth gritting is due to a kalium shortage. Is this true? Can I take supplements for this? Guest guest
My husband " grinds " his teeth while he sleeps. He has a night guard. This is usually stress induced.... > >I have a problem gritting my teeth while sleeping and had to get a little >device that fits over my upper teeth to prevent it.
