Hello,

I have been following the blood type diet now for 3-4 weeks and I am feeling

very good on the diet. The big difference is that I dont have so much digestion

problem and energy problems. Also no depression.

I have previously been trying the paleodiet with ok results. The nice thing

about the blood type O diet is that more foods are allowed, without causing

problems I think.

Interestingly my mother has been following the blood type O diet for years

without knowing anything about that it existed. She has just eliminated the

foods that here body could not handle. Also both my parents have had problems

with intestines such as IBS which is supposed to be the problems associated with

type O.

They always make a porridge which happens of course to be without avoids for

type O even though they dont know about it. The porridge is made in 24 hours.

First 2 tbs of brown rice and 3 tbs of millet and 5 apricots are put in a

caserolle with 0.5 litre of water and left to soak for 12 hours. Then it is all

boiled for 10 minutes and then 0,1 litre of raisins and 0,1 litre of whole

buckweat are added. Then let it start boiling again. When it is boiling, turn of

the heat and leave it for 12 hours. Then it can be eaten or put in the fridge.

I eat it with figs. But my parents make a liquid from blended water, banana and

sesame seeds and eat it with this liquid.

Also I make a smoothie which I like a lot. I blend 90 grams of very dark

chocolate (milk free) , 1 and a half banana, a lot of almonds and 0,3 litres of

water and the rind of a lemon into a tasty chocolate drink.
