We have a yearly " Lighten Up Challenge " at work that lasts 6 weeks,

and I was thinking about doing the HB challenge, with daily exercise

being my real challenge. It doesn't start until around April 7th, so

it will be awhile. I will post again near that time and see if anyone

wants to try for six weeks! I will look forward to reading your posts

about the upcoming challenge. Especially you, Axel.

Looks like to me that YOU'VE got a good size number of people

to start

the March " HB Challenge " .

Now, is the starting date, March 6 ......per Axel ?

What's the plan, what's the plan?????

Are we going for 95% HB & 5% Neutral(hopefully) ????

and for how long ????

FORGIVE ME....

JUST GOT BACK FROM VACATION & GOING THRU A COLD

SO I HADN'T READ ALL OF THE GROUP MESSAGES.

I've got my grocery list all set. And some ideas. How about you?

You can tell, huh? Yes, I'm excited.

I enjoy a " group challenge " .

The first challenge I was started

with Murray, Kennedy, Kate Lewick, Alma Sholmire,

& Sharon Ferris.

Because we were small....I had introduced them to " AOL IM " .

Luckily we do catch each other on IM, still.

LOTS OF VITAMIN H (hugs),

Gaye

I don't know how to set up a separate email forwarding

group, but I am willing to learn. I use as you

know.

I think we have been setting the rules as we go, and

the rules are pretty flexible. Last time we shared

new ways to fix HB foods with our group and we spent a

lot of time on aol instant messenger, where many of us

are. I am susankennedy44, hey Gaye, that is the

year!!! LOL Anyway, whenever you want to start is

fine, others can jump in any time and keep on going

until their 3 weeks is up. Nothing written in

steel...right group?

I will be eating a lot of beef, turkey and fish with

many varieties of fresh vegetables. \

Now that I have my encyclopedia with the updated food

list, this HB session should be easier for me.

I start taking probiotics and Deflect a few days

before I start to defray some of the symptoms of

detox. We all have our " little " things we do. I enjoy

your humor, Axel!! And it is good to see my freind

Gaye on here. I will see her in person in April!!

WOW

Any way you choose to do this is fine Axel.

Please don't feel you need to post every morsel you

eat!! That takes the fun out of it. Just post new

and fun ideas and post any negative or positive

outcomes. Detox, weight loss etc. Gaye is

exceptional at sharing new and better ways to fix

food.

What is a " forwarded group e-mail " ? You mean like a regular old e-

mail with the e-mail addresses of all members? That would be too

easy. <smile>

I was thinking we could even start a new Group strictly for

these challenges. Then subscribe or unsubscribe as we see fit. We

could use the calendar function, or files, or even chat once a week

(if we can work out all the time zones!).

Oh yeah, we can start today if you want. I ate 2 hb eggs for b, now

some fish and veggies for lunch (it is Lent, after all -> don't start

a barrage of e-mails on that comment!).
