Cold Sores, Canned Veggies & Produce Cleaners

Amy mentioned that she gets cold sores. I get cystic

acne along the sides of my nose, between my eyebrows

at the corners of my mouth and on my chin if I have

even a tiny bit of corn. The texture of them is a lot

like that of cold sores. I went through years of

horrible skin and now my skin is perfectly clear--

UNLESS I ingest corn.

As others have mentioned, corn is in everything. But

just let me say-- that is practically an

understatement. Corn is in EVERYTHING and I DO MEAN

EVERYTHING!!!

Most canned vegetables have as the single other

ingredient- citric acid. Citric Acid is made from

corn.

That Fit produce spray has corn in it.

My contact lense solution (I switched brands) had corn

in it.

Dextrose, Maltodextrin, etc.

Amy, I'm sure you didn't imagine it.
