I highly recommend the book Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress

Syndrome, by , ND, DC, PhD. The forward is by V.

, MD. You may remember him as the author of such seminal works as

Natural Hormone Replacement For Women Over 45, Maximize Your Vitality &

Potency: For Men Over 40, and The Patient's Book of Natural Healing:

From Two of the Most Respected Natural Health Physicians--An A-Z Guide.

Anyway, it is the definitive book on Adrenal Fatigue (hypoadrenia). It

is available here:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1890572152/qid=1016870081/sr=8-1/ref=

sr_8_3_1/102-9927177-2583322

On pp. 479-480 of the new BT Encyclopedia, Dr. D'Adamo gives a

fatigue-fighting protocol for the four types. This is essentially an

adrenal support protocol. (Read Adrenal Fatigue and you'll see what I

mean.) Anyway, two of the elements are Coleus and Sarsaparilla, which I

am looking for in standardized, 150mg capsules.

Up at 2:00 AM eating homemade spelt bread with honey butter and feeling

like a real porker,

Cheers,
