Guest guest
Hi all, there is a medication for tinnitus and vertigo called antiVert and my DD is going to try it. It has 50 mg of niacin + meclizin 12.5 mg - anyhone have experience? i was telling her about the niacin flush - i think she is to take 2 a day and i know that niacin will build up. Is the idea to have a sauna after the flush/blush ro whatever it is? Thanks, Ann RE: niacin ...and have to take certain supplements. There are people especially trained to administer and monitor you as you go through certain stages which should be carefully monitored. Guest guest
Isn't niacin's water-soluable nature make it rather difficult to accumulate B3 in the body? I thought that's how it worked. Guest guest
The niacin still does you good without the sauna but that will boost it. Exercise comes in there too. I shall have to get a hold of the book (CBCM) to find out the correct info but I think you go for the run then the sauna. I can't remember if you take the niacin before or after the run. It's in the book for all who care! Smiles, -----Original Message----- Hi all, there is a medication for tinnitus and vertigo called antiVert and my DD is going to try it. Guest guest
I know that is the case with B1 - it is important to top up your B1 everyday - not sure about B3. Guest guest
All B vitamins are water soluble, the fat soluble vitamins are A,D,E, & K, which will get stored in your fat. The only B vitamin that can get stored up is B12. Just my humble 5 yr, thousands of $$$$ education..... >From: " Kalab " Reply- Subject: RE: > niacin and tinnitus Date: Thu, 3 Jan 2002 13:34:00 +1100 > >I know that is the case with B1 - it is important to top up your B1 >everyday - not sure about B3. > > >Re: niacin and tinnitus > > >Isn't niacin's water-soluable nature make it rather difficult to accumulate >B3 in the body?
