" I would slice them with the food processor, then sprinkle them with paprika, garlic, chili powder (but not the kind with salt) and hot pepper flakes. Sometimes I would add freshly chopped chives but they tended to fall off in the eating. Halfway through the drying time I would turn them all over and sprinkle the other side.
