Guest guest
Connie NC, there have been books written about the guaifenson treatment. I guess the problem with the treatment is that some people take it and thereby become their own Doctor. They treat it like an alternative and I am not sure it is a good idea unless you do it with your Doctor's blessing. Also, what you said is quite true, the disease goes in cycles and when it dies down there is a tendency to attribute the " cure " to whatever the person involved is trying all the time. About drugs in Mexico, your local travel agent or a good travel book would likely have guidelines about prescription drugs in Mexico as well as other countries. They could tell you how to be sure you are getting the real thing. If you take the proper precautions, why not? thanks for the tip. Matt.
