Well, looks like everybody behaved while I was away.

Sometime on Monday, May 12th, I was carted out of the house and into an

ambulance for a fast trip to the hospital and I was only aware of portions of

what was going on. I finally came around on the Wednesday the 14th and tried to

make sense out of everything. It is funny as the last thoughts I had were that

the bedroom felt like Grand Central Stadium with paramedics, RCMP, our fire

department's Deputy Chief and Chief along with a couple of other folk.

Somebody has remarked that it made quite the picture as the entourage hit the

highway. The Ambulance, 2 RCMP cruisers and our own rescue truck.

It sounds like couple of weeks ago when I had two rather severe low blood sugar

readings and I was coughing and choking on things I was eating and drinking and

a possible bout of pulmonary acidoses.

That went away only to return as on Monday as and nobody was quite sure what I

had going on as the pain in the right chest was very similar to two heart

attacks I have had previously and I could not get my breath and was labouring to

breath. I returned from Hospital late Saturday afternoon and have been sitting

quietly and doing as I am told.

I never want to go through that again. I only have pieces of memory from the

Monday through to Thursday when I finally came around fully. The pneumonia

diagnosis was made on x-ray examination

Oh, yes, my doctor told me I had a heart attack sometime between my last EKG

last fall and now.

All I know is that I had a fantastic experience, I guess, while I was unconcious

but I will talk more about that as some of the pieces come together.

Sorry for my absence and lack of much involvement on the board but will increase

my computer time as my health allows.
