Guest guest
Hi Kathy in Wi I had hard orthothics for 20 years. Then I came down with 2 Neuromas in my left foot and the foot doctor want to do surgery. So I found a shoe store that specialized in foot problems and came across a medium firm orthothic. It is made by Lynco. The store had a machine you step on and it shows your pressure points and they fit you by what you need. Mine are model # L207 and are called " Conform Orthothics " as they mold to your foot. I have a high arch and small feet for my weight. My first pair cost me $80. Then I bought a second pair a year and a half latter. They do not last as long as the hard orthos, but I keep my old ones and rotate them into lesser used shoes. My walking shoes always get the newest ones. Recently I found them on the internet for half the price. Paid about $77 for 2 pair. But I know what I was ordering. It is worth it to get your first pair at a store and then look on line for your next pair. I still have the Neuromas but never had the surgery as the orthos helped. Gotta take care of those feet.
