Viral Triggers ??

I went to a new ID doctor today who specializes in CFS but also has

some experience with Reiters Syndrome / Reactive Arthritis. Anyway,

we reviewed my 5 years of misery, labs, failed treatment w/

antibiotics, etc. She asked a bunch of questions regarding viruses and

tests I've had done to rule out the HIV, HEP ABC, etc. Despite my

negative answers (and lab results) she felt my immune system could be

out of control due to a viral infection. She drew some blood (as if

she were going to test me for something I haven't already been tested

for) and wants to speak w/ me on Friday after my lab results come

back. She mentioned that may be a viral infection is causing my auto-

immune disorder. I have read about the HIV / ReA connection. I'm HIV

negative..... I was wondering if there any other viruses associated w/

Reiters Syndrome.
