Guest guest
You guys are right about the food allergies. I think the Arthritis Foundation can hook up a study on this. They have the connections to so many things. Also we have to remember the additives and food coloring and all those things in our food. I wish we had more home grown food, meaning US grown. And more organic grocery stores. Even is the cost is a few pennies higher, just to get the food without all the additives would be worth it. I am going to try that one diet where you drink juice and water and add a food a one at a time every few days. I know I was feeling great for a few days, then I ate dinner one night, and the next few days after that I was in so much pain and depressed. I know it had to be the food. Where I live they serve the food, and it is what they want to give us. So, I am going to dump the food, and try only one thing out of it at a time. I have been wondering about what food they are cooking for us. Thanks a lot for all of your info from each of you how it has worked for you. I'll let you know about me when I get going on it.
