I know that feeling very well and I refer to it as " brain fog " , typical with

EB/CFS. Last year, I was feeling much the same way you describe - I started

the protocol in February and started to feel better within a few months. I

I was diagnosed with CFIDS or CFS but mine turned out to be Lyme Disease.

might be worth checking into symptoms are the same. but treatment different.
