Guest guest
Hello everyone, I'm catching up a bit on some emails so someone may have already answered the post below but I didn't want to take a chance. Ozone is *highly* toxic to the lungs. You *absolutely* MUST NOT breathe it in any way. When using a water ozonator ALWAYS stand at least 4-5 feet away while it is operating. The ozone, once it is bubbled through water or olive oil, is very beneficial. But, in its natural state it is *highly* toxic when breathed in. Never use an ozonator in a small enclosed space, and NEVER stand over it breathing the fumes while it is working. If you give it some room and make sure you have a well built unit from a reputable source, you won't have any problems. But be careful about staying too close while it is working. I don't want to scare anyone from using it, but simple precautions are all that are needed to use it safely. I've used one daily for over a year with no problems, even with kids around. Just know the basic precautions.
