Hi Henry;

When you respond to a digest, please don't include the Whole Digest in your

reply - it's confusing.

About the ozonator on the site - it it only useful for ozonating water

for drinking. It grabs free air to make the ozone with, so its product will

contain a lot of nitrogen as well. Similar to SOTAs but much lower

capacity.

It's my understanding that it takes at least several days to make ozonated

olive oil using an oxygen-fed medical grade ozonater. Saul Pressman
