Since i am on low sodium 800 mg I rather eat some fruit or raw veggies instead of drink a soda.I will try hat relief too. Domini that is why i am going to the urologist too. But also have been watching what i drink too. But my Regular GYN told me I had IC. Now go to see this urologist. But yes sodas are are bad if you have GERD too. I also am careful of the OTC meds too somke have salt and a bunch have caffine in it too. so please red the back of the label gals and guy's too. But thnaks for the information dominie.
