Re alternating wrists----- For my Beck unit from Sota, both electrodes

are placed on the right wrist, underside or inside, and about 1 inch

from the bend of the wrist. One electrode is placed lengthwise on the

thumb side, and the other on the pinkie side. The next time the unit

is used, you just do the same thing on the left wrist. Of course, you

could start the other way around using left side first. Either way,

one wrist gets used one day, and the next day the other wrist is used.

This gives more recovery time for each wrist. If this is not clear, I

will look up my instructions and type them out for you. I can't do the

pictures though, but I think they are on the web. Let me know. pj
