Guest guest
I have always believed in he power of positive thinking and the doctrine that positive thinking and a healthy spiritual life can help a person through any struggle. I have been tested in the past and have persevered. The first year I found my fibro was affecting my life I tried prayer, positive thinking and other techniques that I knew would help.I would get some relief at times so minimal however I thought it was a huge success. Now four years into this arranged marriage with a disease I had never heard of,Fibromyalgia,I feel so beaten down. I do not remember any other time I have felt so poorly. This active successful person has changed into an exhausted mother that is unsure of herself and no longer has trust in her own body or mind. Knowing there are people who have benefited from treatment inspires those of us that have not and gives us some hope in an almost hopeless situation. I am not one who cannot see and appreciate the success of others and feel guilty when I think " Oh Yeah, but what about me? " I pray for help for everyone out there and have some comfort knowing we are a community of people,Dom's group, that are not quitters and will reach out to a stranger. Thank all of you for your advice and your help.I am making an oath to myself and to all of you, I will make an effort to post no less than three positive things about myself or my life so that I can bring myself out of this funk I am in. I just need people to be accountable too other than myself. i will post of love, children, pets, health or whatever I can see positive aspects of.
