Too Loud, Too Bright, Too Fast, Too Tight

Ordered this book too. Sounds a lot like me and most of us with

FMS/CFIDS/Me. Can't take a lot of sensory stimulation without feeling

overwhelmed and overloaded.

always carry ear plugs with me - can't take loud noises or music, or

flashing (strobe) lights, etc.

I have this book and i am reading this right now and it is great book. I cannot stand a lot of smells and tight clothes kill me. This book is awesome and I can relate to it. I never knew that my discomfort with loud noises, bright lights, and tight clothing was anything but personal quirks of my own. I'll have to order this book and read about it.
