Guest guest
Ordered this book too. Sounds a lot like me and most of us with FMS/CFIDS/Me. Can't take a lot of sensory stimulation without feeling overwhelmed and overloaded. I've got some interesting articles on my site about the central and autonomic nervous systems as it relates to fibro - see http://www.fms- help.com/nervous.htm and http://www.fms-help.com/autonomic.htm - I always carry ear plugs with me - can't take loud noises or music, or flashing (strobe) lights, etc.

Guest guest
I never knew that my discomfort with loud noises, bright lights, and tight clothing was anything but personal quirks of my own. I'll have to order this book and read about it. Pam Re: Too Loud, Too Bright, Too Fast, Too Tight I have this book and i am reading this right now and it is great book.
