Guest guest
That's great Shanna; the Pot Roast recipe is also really good! Guest guest
I got the book a few weeks ago (have lost 4 lbs so far!!!) and I've tried a lot of the recipes and they are all so good. Today I had the Ham, Egg & cheese casserole for breakfast-- but I used chopped turkey instead because I don't like ham. And I had the Ranch Chicken salad for lunch and it was SO good. I also really love the Pumpkin Cheesecake. My DH doesn't like pumpkin so I have a piece every night for my 6th meal and it takes me a week to eat it all-- lucky me!! Another good one is the Sesame Beef Stir Fry-- Yumm-O! Glad you like the book, Shanna! > > I just had to share...picked up the Eating for Life book yesterday and > I just made (and ate) the egg salad. It was so so good. Guest guest
Ok all, Guess what I'm doing? Pulsing with my silver pulser. It came in today! The hardest thing for me has been trying to clip on the pulser to the armband. I ended up putting it on the band first and then sliding it on my arm. I don't want to stop. Wisdom tells me to go slowly and see how I respond. I've also already taken what all supplements I take for the day so I'll see first hand if it makes any difference. Before I was always so careful to pulse first thing in the morning and then take supplements but the mail just came so I'll give this a try. The unit is working perfectly. Like I said the only problem so far has been more with getting the pulser on the armband. I also had to fold the wrist band a little because I have very small wrists but I figured it out. I'm happy and have a smile on my face but probably should stop for day for now anyway. Gail

Guest guest
Hi Gail, I thought I smelled something around noon time. I t was the bugs you were frying in your blood stream.......... I called SOTA and gave them some feedback on the arm/pulser strap. It is difficult to use because the strap has a lip on the velcro, and it catches on the plastic opening and is very annoying as it stops the strap from feeding through and will not move. It seems to be positioned at the wrong place . It is not a major problem but it is very annoying and it happens all the time any you know it is coming when you are going to use it. The said they had other complaints on this issue so maybe they can redesign something for easier use. Did you find both your pulses. Can you feel the thumping of the electricity on you hand? How long did you use it ? Did you get a rash. Do you think it will get rid of your cancer cells? > > Ok all, > > Guess what I'm doing? Pulsing with my silver pulser. It came in today! Guest guest
I guess there is some different opinions on this method of using the Blood Electrifier (attached to ankles), but in this video he uses something that he seems to be calling Biotape. Looks like just some tape that passes electricity. Does anyone have any information on this tape? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kl7iA8RjX-c & feature=related > > > > Ok all, > > > > Guess what I'm doing? Pulsing with my silver pulser. Guest guest
Hi , I can feel the thumping but not in my hand. I keep it turned down pretty low. It's working good. The problem I might have is going to be more from a rash from the electrodes. I'm thinking about doubling the cloth to provide thicker coverage. I think that might help. Comparing them to the electrodes from 's unit I think his were wrapped thicker and they never left any red marks after pulsing. I really like the ability to remove the little cloth glove from the electrode because you couldn't do that with 's. Eventually, the cloth will become dirty and need to be replaced. I tried to replace it one time and I could never get it to look as neat as 's or as tight. So being able to remove the cloth glove is appealing to me. I just think it needs to thicker. Yesterday I pulsed for 10 maybe 15 minutes because I wanted to see my reaction to it. Today, first thing before taking any supplements, I pulsed for 40 minutes. Yesterday it felt like it gave me a slight headache. Today it gave me energy. I really believe it does increase the ATP in the body, and I believe 's website said it increased the ATP by 500%. It was a lot. I also noticed it does intensify whatever you ingest because I drank a cup of coffee after pulsing just now and it felt like I'd drunk 3 or 4 cups. With that in mind, I'm going to continue pulsing first thing in the morning and take sukpplements afterward. I think that's probably best. I don't know about cancer. I mean no disrespect but I simply don't think it cures as Beck said. I do think it can help a lot and one can recover certain health issues, but the cure word is something I have my doubbs. Personally, I believe like bG said about combinding it with your medication for HIV anyway. I think sometimes it takes both. I would love a cure, but am not really expecting it. I do, however, expect a recovery, but think I will have to be deligient and probably have to use the protocol to maintain health once I recover. Gail > > > > Ok all, > > > > Guess what I'm doing? Guest guest
" probably have to use the protocol to maintain health once I recover. " In Einstein college of medicine study, the doctors mentioned the use of this in a series of partially effective treatments over time. There are other treatments they alluded to that do not work fully right away but by repeating the treatments over and over the condition improves then is fixed. At some level it seems to me that it might " reassure " the body and that could remove the stress at the body level, so as to help bring about a chain reaction recovery (?) CFS is often described as a cascading breakdown, so it might interrupt the cascade at some step in the illness process if used on regular basis. Sort of like blood electrifying without " going for blood " so to speak, a different gentler strategy than wiping everything out. I recently had my first " panic attack " and took a med for it. Really fixed the panic, fast. I got 20 of them, and only used 7, then when stopping cut a pill in half. After that, I carried the bottle in my pocket " just in case " . Well, of course it never happened, since I knew I could knock it right out anytime. Still have the 13 pills left as a souvenir, I doubt I'll ever use them. It might work in some ways similar to the old expression: " I'm an old man. I've had many troubles. Most of them never happened. " Good luck, Gail, stay in touch on the list. bG > > > Hi , > > > I would love a cure, but am not really expecting it. Guest guest
Kind of like when I was kicking narcotics. Just having the prescription in my pocket made me feel better.. he he I was going to encapsulate a pain pill in acrylic and just hang it around my neck , even though I could not take it, I would know it was there. How crazy is that, " not for a drug addict " . Luckily I got involved in a recovery program and now live happy joyous and free, most of the time, without any pills and alcohol, although I have electrodes hooked up all over me..... ha ha ha Oh yeah, thanks for sharing Gail... > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > I would love a cure, but am not really expecting it. Guest guest
Hi bG, I think sometimes people are miss diagnosed, and although are tired and run down, don't actually have cfs, so will sometime get really well for real. Kind of like candida will make you really run down and if you correct your diet, can recover completely. I've been lurking on the cfsexperminal list. According to Rich Van Konynenburg and Dr. Yasko, there is a geneic component in people with true cfs, which is genetic and so you don't recover from your genes. I don't even begin to understand it, but it's something to do with the methylation cycle not working and that glutatione thing Duncan is always mentioning is alway low in us. They try and heal (but not cure) with high doses of B vitamins, which is suppose to correct the methylation cycle. I don't know, but what I did find interesting is the theary of it being genetic. Rich made a startling observation in young children with this defect will go into autism, while older people will go into cfids. I do know it really messes up the brain, but I've never made any connection with autism. He's really studied the illness and made some interesting observations. It was he that said people who develop it over the age of 30 will have it for the rest of their lives. Bummer, but I'm not without hope in the least because I know recovery is possible. Still that makes me aware one must be consistantly diligent. That's where I messed up thinking I had it beat. Everybody's body will, given the right circumstance, cave. When they cave will depend on the strength of the individual and their personal weaknesses. I just had too much unrelentless pressure for my genetic makeup body. Thanks for the good luck wishes and same to you with your panic attacks. I've heard they can be very scary. Gail > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > I would love a cure, but am not really expecting it. Guest guest
Thanks for that info, Gail. Only once have I run into CFS in a person and we did blood electrifying on the wrist without much luck. When he switched to ankles it was better. He explained that his started right after he got HPV, doctor diagnosed it. So ankles made more sense in his case since some charge would probably reach his middle where that virus seems to live. I don't know how he fared due to drifting away, but he was trying to get his health back because he could join a pro basketball team the Seattle Sonics, when they were around. His dad was a star, and he was a chip off the old block, then came CFS. So I did best I could when asked to help, wished we knew more.. bG > > > > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > > > > I would love a cure, but am not really expecting it.
