Thanks, Jim! I do have a way of jumping in with both feet! I have an all or nothing personality, and I have to work on that. :-)

Since I haven't started blood electrification and the MMS isn't here yet, I will start the progesterone cream. Where I stand right now, I believe that has the potential to help me the most in the short run. I need immediate relief right now. Then I can work on longer term goals, like eliminating these parasites.

Thanks for the reminder to change only one thing at a time! I seem to need that drilled into my head (and I do know better).

When I do start the pulser, I will at least try to time my progesterone cream right after.

I am starting the cream tonight and hoping to sleep well! :-)
