Guest guest
Olif, in watching your post to this site, I wish to offer one bit of information or advise. Add or change only one thing thing at a time, then wait and watch what happens for at least 3 to 7 days before adding or changing what you are doing. It might even be good to keep a dirary of your daily progress. That way if something happens you can refer back and see what might have caused a reaction, be it good or bad. I would hate for you to start with 4 changes and have a sever bad reaction, and then quit it all. Jim > > I am starting progesterone cream tomorrow evening. My MD and compounding pharmacist believe this is the cause of my monthly nervousness/insomnia. I am sending in some saliva samples, but unfortunately some of them are going to be post progesterone cream now. I am in a bit of a bind, though, and need to start sleeping! > > Anyway, for some days of my cycle, I will take it once in the evening. Then for other days, I will be taking it once every 12 hours. (Other days I won't be taking it at all.) > > How do I pulse around that, since I can't wait 24 hours some days? Should I quit pulsing on some of the days or is 12 hours apart okay? > > Thanks, > Olif >
Guest guest
I wouldn't worry about combining the cream with using the Beck devices. It isn't drugs and it doesn't put a heavy dose of herbs into the bloodstream. :-) 's homepage: http://www.geocities.com/a57ngel/ " If all men would heal someone then everyone would be healed.
