Olif, in watching your post to this site, I wish to offer one bit of

information or advise. Add or change only one thing thing at a time,

then wait and watch what happens for at least 3 to 7 days before

adding or changing what you are doing. It might even be good to keep

a dirary of your daily progress. That way if something happens you

can refer back and see what might have caused a reaction, be it good

or bad.

I would hate for you to start with 4 changes and have a sever bad

reaction, and then quit it all.

I wouldn't worry about combining the cream with using

the Beck devices. It isn't drugs and it doesn't put a

heavy dose of herbs into the bloodstream.
