Guest guest
I agree that all supplements are not created equal. However, I have heard some miraculous stories of herbal healing. It would be nice if we could eat our way into remission but it is impossible to get certain vitamin and minerals from the food we eat. Food consumption in our most advanced countries has changed from nutritious raw foods to highly processed foods low in nutritional value. Over 100,000 new chemicals have been introduced to our foods, air and water. In a perfect world, the minerals required for good health could be obtained through the food we eat such as grains, fruits and vegetables. Our foods are not providing many of the essential minerals that our bodies require to stay healthy because our soils had been found to be seriously deficient in needed minerals due to continuous cropping - and pollution. I would also place vitamins and minerals in a different category than herbs. Our immune systems are becoming weaker and over taxed. We are faced daily with an assault on our body by bacteria, virus, fungus, yeasts, and molds - I would place these in yet another category (colloidal silver, Beta Glucan, Microhydrin, OPC's, Aloe, etc.). It is important to first find a superior brand of supplements and stick with it. For myself, I can personally recommend Null vitamins and Water Oz minerals. If I were sick, I would research whatever else works for that particular ailment, try it and then go on to the next. If you have found something that works for you, share it here because that's why these groups were started. Al
