Guest guest
I have had that , sometimes to where the bed spins and other times just a feeling of unbalance when I got out of bed. When you get out of bed. Roll over on one side flat for a minute and then get up. I have been told it is caused sometimes... from small calcuium like particles that break up in your innner ear. This helps to shift them. There is also a med for it. Mex la. zine. Not spelled right but is way it is pronounced. Is one word. Also want to tell all about a woman Dr. that has written a book , called Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndrome.. A survivors . Her name is Devin Starlanyl. She was a surgeon and got fibro and has done extensive research on it. Our library had it , (someone stole it), but see if you can do an inter library loan for it. Is very easy reading and lots of info. Go to google and type in her name and she has written alot on the net.
