Guest guest
well, theoretically if you sleep deeper then all your bodily systems can recuperate/rebalance/refresh more. But you may just need to take a good calcium supplement. I know that makes me less nervous. Even better is to have a hair mineral analysis to make sure you aren't toxic with heavy metals. It also shows the important mineral ratios. My last one showed I had too much sodium and too much magnesium. So I know to salt my food less and take more calcium which brings the calcium/magnesium ratio toward normal. Guest guest
: "My last one showed I had toomuch sodium and too much magnesium." From what I know about hair analysis (which may not be much) is that high magnesium usually means you are deficient rather than in excess. That is true for calcium and magnesium in the hair. If you were taking too much magnesium previously you would know it before a hair analysis (via diarrhea). I am not sure that high hair sodium means you are really high in sodium. It might mean your adrenals aren't properly handling sodium. Do you have reason to suspect low adrenal? I think serum might be better for sodium (and potassium). Iron is another mineral in which hair analysis might not be useful. It is useful for a lot of other minerals though. -Olif
Guest guest
Olif, it sounds like you are " in the know " about hair analysis. Thanks for the input. Yes, I do have compromised adrenals. Is there a web site with this kind of info on it that I can look at? :-) 's homepage: http://www.geocities.com/a57ngel/ " If all men would heal someone then everyone would be healed. Guest guest
I used the biotuner years ago to help get over a relationship that ended. It increased my sense of well being. --- Olif <OVanPelt@...> wrote: > I am wondering if anyone has had any luck using the > bio tuner for nervousness and/or insomnia. > > Biomeridian testing showed that my > nervousness/insomnia were due to improper lymph > drainage affecting my thymus.
