Very interesting from a female German doctor or similar to nurse practitioner in the US. I would recommend it for all who need help and or hope. Sunlight in a pill with many many benefits. Explains dosage need about 3-5000 IU daily. You won't find this kind of information from the medical establishment in this country.But believe me if you are tired alot and various types of cancer preventative treatments this could be a simple and very cheap or inexpensive way if you have difficulty or complications from getting time to sit in the sun. .
