Guest guest
hi, just clicking on the address will work, too. the other instructions are for if "clincking" doesn't work! Elaine epra72 <epra72@...> wrote: Hi everyone, I have been paying a lot of attention to keeping my body more alkaline. I do believe it helps with soreness and pain. I have been away for nearly 3 weeks because of a computer problem, so i don't know what has been discussed during that time. But, right now seems to be interest in the acid/alkaline diets.I found this websit. Now this person tries to sell you the diet plan, but I did get the site for the food chart. Maybe this would be helpful. http://www.acidalkalinediet.com:80/Alkaline-Foods-Chart.htmTo copy this easily, high-lite the address, press ctrl c together--this will copy it. go to the address line, highlite and delete what is there--make sure your line marker is there and press ctrl v together--this should put the address in and hit enter. this is a very good chart. What I have learned from a naturalist nutritionist is you should eat 25% acid food and 75% alkaline food. Your body should be at .7PH. this is optimim. people who promote this way of diet say that your body is healthy to fight disease, etc. and your body will actually heal itself once it is in a good PH for a while. You can purchase strips in healthfood stores or where there are drugs filled. You should test urine first thing in the morning as well as saliva to see where your PH is at. Below 7 is acid and above is alkaline. We eat way too much acid foods because they are the ones most patable. This includes are meats. Dominie does cover some of the alkaline/acid on her newsletter site and does have a remedy that she takes to help the problem. I like a tea that can be purchased in healthfood stores called Body Rescue alkalizing Tea. I drink this everyday and it has helped me. sometimes it takes more than one cup.Ladies, check this topic out. It really could make a difference in how you feel. Elaine Never miss a thing.
