The goal of the ADA is to end job discrimination against people with

Family Medical Leave Act

The FMLA allows employees to balance their work and family life by

taking

reasonable unpaid leave for certain family and medical reasons. A

covered

employer must grant an eligible employee up to a total of 12

workweeks of
