Ok, so I have figured it out. You mix 300 of the essential oil with

500 ml of glaxal based cream. Most of the info is on the website

under arromatherapy- essential oils and this is what they say about

Petitgrain:

petitgrain

citrus aurantium

100% pure organic essential oil

countries: egypt, india, italy

traditional uses:

relaxing, soothing | helps relieve nervous tension, insomnia, pms |

good for oily skin, acne, dry or oily hair

methods of use:

dilute for a bath or massage/hair oil | add to unscented bathsalts,

shampoo, conditioner

I have found it to be an essential part of my healing in the past few

weeks and though I have not felt completely out of my bout, I would

say I am 75% there.

Don't be fooled that it is called " aromatherapy " an essential oil has

healing properties, either in a bath with a carrier oil, on your skin

with a carrier cream, in your shampoo, everything. In fact, my lady

told me that they are trying to get the name changed from

aromatherapy to essential oil therapy due to this misconception.

You can order all of te silk road products online- they also make

some yummy tea!

middle note | blends well with:

all citrus essences, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, frankincense,

geranium, lavender, neroli, rose, vetiver
