Guest guest
Hi folks: I'm into electromedicine in a big way but even I can't support every claim made by every purveyor of cures. In the letter sent in by Dotsie, there are a few statements that are at best, optomistic guesses, and at worst, blatant fallacies. Some of these people should know better. For example; <snip>Drink distilled water (divide your body weight in half and change the number of pounds into ounces and drink that many oz. of distilled water daily). (Please see Distilled Water - The Choice Is Clear.) </snip> It's been amply proven that hard water is in fact better for you than distilled. In addition it energizes more readily using magnetic influence or other energized water, and hard water is also the only way to go if you are alkalizing the water. As we all know energized and alkalized water is very good. Distilled is neutral, and not part of a healing therapy. <snip>Drink ozonated olive oil and water. PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) lower your immunity and disturb liver and kidney function. Dr. says PCBs act as insulators in the human body and obstruct Zapper current. Dr. uses ozonated olive oil to rid the body of PCBs (and also tapeworms).</snip> Ozonated olive oil is good for you, but I'm sorry Dr. thinks PCB's act as insulators...so do other oils in fact, including olive oil and essential fats. C'mon now, statements like that hardly add to her credibility. And ozonating with a low-grade ozone machine, for minutes instead of several hours, of course has limited benefit. <snip>If the body has the right balance of oils and proteins, it has a magnetic field that attracts the photons in sunlight and thus becomes open to the healing powers of the sun. </snip> Oh, please! <snip>Take Parasite Powder (Diatomaceous Earth), 1 tsp. in the morning daily. Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth gets rid of parasites in the intestinal tract. It works by dehydration. When it touches a parasite it damages it by abrasion, which hemorrhages the parasite. </snip> That statement is a double-barrelled fallacy; diatomaceous earth cannot act as a dehydrator when it is inside your system, it's already wet and is not absorbing more fluid. Parasites are tough enough to handle accidentally bumping into a dirt particle in a largely fluid medium. If only it were so easy, parasites and their eggs would not be able to survive outside the body either, where there's lots of dirt and abrasive dust. I can't comment on all the statements in the article, but I can see why Dr. 's statements are often under attack. Much as I support the treatment, I will not support the rich blend fabrication and fact. I wish they'd edit their literature. No wonder some people tend to laugh. ciao Duncan ciao Duncan Crow duncan-nospam-crow@-nospam-
