Hi ,we are looking a buying an new(used) home.

I notice the cooking surface is called (induction cooking stove)

Does anyone know if this is a problem with any type of magnetic or electrical

disturbance.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Induction_cooker

It appears from my search so far, I can turn up no major harm.

Any thoughts , experience, and even opinions (we all got one)

will be welcome.

None. I have had a few of these units, and now use 3 of them all the time for

all my cooking. (don't tempt me to sit on one for therapy).

They don't interfere with TV, radio, computers, etc. They cook fantastically.

:)

all 3 of my freestanding units are 3500 watt 220volt commercial units, the most

powerful I could find. I love them.
