20 yr old zapper/silver maker broken

I have a homemade zapper and silver maker that has given up the ghost.

Anyone in the San Valley in Califronia ? handy with a

soldering iron AND skills to find out whats wrong with it??

The lights flash, the relays still click yet there is no zap at the

electrodes, i should test to see if it still makes silver, yet it

needs the water boiled and 7 batterys and I'am spoiled now with the SP

lite!!!
