I have an air mattress from WalMart, $17.00 It comes in all sizes, twin, full, king queen. I have a full size. I first had it on the floor. No sag at all. Then I was given a futon frame , solid wood and I have it on the frame now. I have to put more air in it every 2 months maybe. Just a little. It is really like a sleep number bed, where you fill it to what is comfortable for you. A regulat mattres and box springs have give to it, sag.
