Using Sota Magnetic Pulser?

Can somebody tell me how to use the magnetic pulser to clear the lymph and other treatments described here? Is it beneficial to use the (Sota) Magnetic Pulser alone, or does one have to use the zapper or Silver Pulser too? Can the Magnetic Pulser be used without necessarily stopping herbs and supplements as suggested for the Zapper?
