blood electrification and progesterone cream

I am starting progesterone cream tomorrow evening. My MD and compounding pharmacist believe this is the cause of my monthly nervousness/insomnia. I am sending in some saliva samples, but unfortunately some of them are going to be post progesterone cream now. I am in a bit of a bind, though, and need to start sleeping!

Anyway, for some days of my cycle, I will take it once in the evening. Then for other days, I will be taking it once every 12 hours. (Other days I won't be taking it at all.)

How do I pulse around that, since I can't wait 24 hours some days? Should I quit pulsing on some of the days or is 12 hours apart okay?
