Guest guest
Beck had reasons for his warnings on garlic. It does affect some folks more than others. For the most part though, when the technology was still young, it was better to overcaution than to not caution at all. I've had many people report brain fog when eating garlic. one way to determine it is to go without eating it for a period of three weeks or so, and then eat a few cloves. That will definitely give you an indication of whether you are sensitive to it or not. Myself, I don't have any problem with eating it as a food and not as a supplement. Guest guest
From what I read, he was conducting some brain wave experiments with a group of people, when they broke for lunch. On return, he could not find any brain waves, or so few it seemed like the machines mal-functioned. Checking it, they found the only difference was that day they all went to Italian restaurant--I guess " fuggedaboutit " is literally true. bG > > > > > > *Hi All: > > * > > > > * > > * > > > > > > *Bob Beck believed that garlic was poisonous and he warned the > > same on several occasions not to combine it with his device.
