quick results with pulser?!

How fast can I suspect to see results from blood electrification? I have amoeba (and I am sure a bunch of other stuff). I have pulsed 2 nights in a row (30 and then only 15 min), and this morning I don't seem to have my extreme nervousness! Do results happen that quickly and with that short of pulsing time?!
