bio tuner for nervousness/insomnia

I am wondering if anyone has had any luck using the bio tuner for nervousness and/or insomnia.

Biomeridian testing showed that my nervousness/insomnia were due to improper lymph drainage affecting my thymus. I don't know how that can cause these symptoms. Any ideas? Maybe my doctor will shed some light on that, when I see her later this week.
