Due to Mirapex's mode of action (on dopamine receptors), it has been used for people with depression that has proved highly resistant to the normal list of antidepressants. Since some forms of depression express themselves in insomnia, it may be that people whose sleep is helped by Mirapex have a dopamine problem. I saw one comment by someone who took Mirapex hoping to help her restless legs syndrome sleep problem, and she said she had the worst night's sleep of her life. I'd be very, very careful before taking something like this! Where specifically did you see the info on stage 3 and stage 4 sleep, and using it for FM patients?
