Thanks Duncan, I was hoping you could recommend a few true undenatured whey powders and best seleniumchoice and amount that I can try based on your recommendation (below)

In that case the drug alternatives for glutathione production include the drug protandim, glutathione injections or 400 mg of the toxin/drug n-acetylcysteine 4x daily. The non-drugs include the amino acid cystine for the bioavailable cysteine, alpha-lipoic acid to recycle spent glutathione in an efficacious manner, using enteric-coated liposomal glutathione to soak the bowel lining cells in, dietary antioxidants to strengthen a glutathione-sparing effect in the cells, taking enough selenium to ensure decent glutathione production, perhaps Amgenex DNA which contains antioxidants and sulforaphane to unlock 200 genes that are associated with glutathione production. Tolerating the whey/selenium is better; maybe switching brands will help.all good,Duncan> alternatives because I do not tolerate whey protein very well and am trying to > avoid that bloating and uncomfortable feeling with whey.> > Cheers,> > Â > Dean> thomasdean@...> >
