Guest guest
Search Ebay For " Bob Beck " I bought one of the completed Lightning Bug Units and Found it is a 3 (9volt) Battery type, Built exactly to the original schematic of Bob Beck's Improved Blood Electrifier. Like Russ from sota instruments has said here in our group is far better than the one battery types. It makes a wonderful golden coloid when you use heat making it. It is built by Silver_Smoke_Research (Their Ebay Member Name)I'm very happy with it and it was a great price. I bought another one from research*Bunny but noticed with the same saline mixture, it was not as strong when I was pulsing. I have been watching Youtube videos and noticed that the Bunny's unit lights up only when the electrode leads are plugged in. This means that the unit he sells is wired differently the the original improved schematic. The original improved schematic is designed so that the bi-colored led is to turn on when the switch is thrown to indicate polarity is changing propperly and to also indicate the voltage within the batteries themselves. If the voltage is under 21 volts the bi-colored led won't light up, meaning you need to replace the batteries. I've noticed there is another person selling SP lite units for $88.00 that come with silver and leads and uses a single battery. Russ? If you're reading this, Can you tell us if the same is true with these SP lite units as what you said about the Mini Zap? since they both use a single battery? or is there a difference between the two units? I'm kinda new to these units. and have no experience with either of them Anyways, The silver Smoke research unit is Built in the U.S.A. which is a plus for me, since that's where I live and I feel I want to keep trying to help our failing economy. I am too poor to afford Sota's instruments although I'd love to find some used ones to compare them to the units I was able to afford on Ebay. Hope this helps and would love to hear what you have to say about this matter Russ.
Guest guest
Hello, The miniZap uses a single tiny lithium watch-style battery and from their specs they do not meet Bob Beck's specifications. Now, if they turned the current up and allowed for say maximum 12 mA output they perhaps they would have a unit that would meet the specs. Now, please understand that other single-battery style Beck units can be made properly to have the correct output. Our SP Lite as well as our Silver Pulser are all single 9 Volt battery units which boosts the output to 31 Volts. These units meet Bob Beck's specifications. So, the single-battery circuit is not the issue - the issue is the actual output. I hope this makes sense! BTW, SOTA is having a special sale on SP Lites. These units are being cleared out at $50.00 each. That is a " bargain " .
