(See the file " Extreme vs. Moderate CRON " ) And weight and calories should be modified slowly as discussed in Walford's book. AFA the so-called " scientists " you mention below --- be suspect of anyone and everyone. The net is full of quacks and full of people who believe : " if it's on the internet, it must be true " .
